This wasn’t just about making a magazine, it was an initiative to refine my skills as a designer and art director in an extremely discerning, high-stakes environment. FRISCHE Magazine was an independent fashion, art, and culture publication that reached readers in 20+ countries, with distribution in Chapters, Barnes & Noble, and international newsstands. As Art Director, I shaped the visual identity, ensuring every issue was as bold and boundary-pushing as the stories we told. From conceptualizing layouts to directing shoots and curating typography, this experience taught me how to create work that didn’t just look good, it demanded attention.
